I entered the information to pay a bill, but the payment does not go through...
Once you have entered the information for a bill payment, that is the account to debit, the bill to pay and payment amount, you must then click the "Complete Payment" button. Do not press the return key of your keyboard, If you press the return key, the system will take you back to the screen to select the account to debit.
When I'm on the page where I complete the transaction, I don't see the exit button.
The only possible reason for you not to see the "Exit" button is that your screen resolution is adjusted to less than 800x600, which is the minimum required to adequately view the www.cpscu.com site (your screen is probably configured at 640x480). We would advise you to set the configuration of your resolution at 800x600. If you need help to complete this adjustment, we suggest that you contact a computer technician.
What is the minimum browser configuration I should use?

I am using Internet Explorer for the Macintosh and I cannot access the HyperAccess banking system...
Microsoft Internet Explorer for the Macintosh is no longer supported. If you are using an Apple Macintosh computer, we suggest you use either the latest versions of the Netscape browser or Apple's new Safari browser.
I click on the first words of the menu and nothing happens...
It is essential that the JAVA option be activated in your Internet Explorer browser in order for the various HyperAccess Internet site functions to work properly. Furthermore, the browser's level of security must not be any higher than "medium". We suggest that you contact a computer technician to help you with this if you don't know how to adjust the settings.
